Mir Fight Day UFC 140

For Team Mir it’s a day to get out and explore the city, while Frank gets some piece and quiet. Most of us will pick out an attraction that the city has to offer and some it’s time to catch up on some sleep.(lol)When it’s almost time for Mir to head to the arena the room will slowly fill with family,friends and coaches.
Canada has been a great place to explore! Toronto has some really cool things that Vegas doesn’t have i.e black squirrels and freezing temperatures j/K lots of museums and tours of some really historic sites.

He constantly looks to better himself, and I think he is one of the most intelligent fighters.  Frank Mir will always be a champ in my book.

    Hey Frank,I am 54 yrs old american in the philpippines!!!..I love the ufc and you are one of my favorite fighters!!..The last fight with noguera was awsome..
