For Team Mir it’s a day to get out and explore the city, while Frank gets some piece and quiet. Most of us will pick out an attraction that the city has to offer and some it’s time to catch up on some sleep.(lol)When it’s almost time for Mir to head to the arena the room will slowly fill with family,friends and coaches. Canada has been a great place to explore!
